  • Yes, I provide both in-person counselling at my private counselling practice in Overton, just outside of Basingstoke and online sessions via video call / non-video calls. This flexibility ensures you can access support in the way that works best for you.

  • I create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is tailored to your individual needs and goals, drawing on in-depth experience and evidence-based techniques to help you gain insight and build resilience.

  • It all starts with a free 15 minute telephone consultation.   • Feeling nervous is completely normal. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I’ll do my best to help you feel at ease. Counselling is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • This varies depending on your individual circumstances and goals. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We’ll review your progress regularly and decide together what works best for you.

  • Each session is 50-minutes long. Costs will vary between £70 and £120 depending on the service.  

  • Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. Everything we discuss is kept private, except in rare situations where there is a serious risk of harm or if I am legally required to disclose information (e.g., safeguarding concerns). I will always discuss this with you if such a situation arises.

  • I am a qualified counsellor, and registered member of the BACP. I adhere to strict ethical standards and regularly update my skills through continued professional development.

  • That’s okay! It’s common to feel unsure about where to start. We’ll work together to explore what’s on your mind, and I’ll guide the process in a way that feels natural and supportive.
